Low-Speed MassWIM

ACCURATE WEIGHING. CONTINUOUS FLOW. EFFICIENT OPERATIONS

Mass Low-Speed WIM is a low-speed Weigh-In-Motion system designed for accurate vehicle weighing in controlled traffic environments. It enables automatic weight control, vehicle detection, and traffic data collection while maintaining smooth traffic flow without requiring vehicles to stop.

The system is ideally suited for logistics centres, industrial facilities, ports, terminals, and checkpoints where fast, accurate vehicle inspection is required without causing traffic congestion or delays.

Low-Speed Weigh-In-Motion

AUTOMATIC VEHICLE WEIGHING THROUGH CHECKPOINTS

Mass Low-Speed WIM is optimised for operations where vehicles pass through checkpoints at reduced speeds. The system delivers reliable dynamic weighing at speeds from 1 km/h, while providing detailed vehicle and passage data without the need for static scales. The weighing process is fully automated, requiring no human intervention.

Features

Continous Weighing Without Interrupting Operations

Reliable Vehicle Detection WIthout Induction Loops

ADVANCED LIDAR TECHNOLOGY FOR PRECISE VEHICLE DETECTION

Vehicle detection is based on LiDAR laser technology, enabling contactless detection of passing vehicles without the need to install induction loops in the road surface. This simplifies installation, reduces construction work, and delivers detection reliability exceeding 99%.
